Test different sports all over the world or practice your own: paddle boarding, kayaking, archery, hiking, parachute jumping, cycling…. I am always up for all types of adventure!
Take part in sports trips or specific events around the world
Try not to have a bag too heavy to avoid back problems
Be careful with the shoes you wear: the support of your feet is very important.
Give yourself time for breaks and relaxation; learn to recharge your batteries while traveling.
Take advantage of massages offered in Asia if that's your thing, by the pool, etc.
Take advantage of the gym if available in your hotel.
Take a pair of sneakers for running (I didn't have them around the world because it took up too much space, but I decided to fix it)
