  • Get enough sleep and go to bed as early as possible

  • Try to have a certain routine

  • Disconnect and enjoy the nature around you

  • Learn about local health and fitness tips. Why not practice Tai Chi in the parks in the morning in China or adopt the Okinawa Centennial Diet in Japan?

  • Test different sports all over the world or practice your own: paddle boarding, kayaking, archery, hiking, parachute jumping, cycling…. I am always up for all types of adventure!

  • Take part in sports trips or specific events around the world

  • Try not to have a bag too heavy to avoid back problems

  • Be careful with the shoes you wear: the support of your feet is very important.

  • Give yourself time for breaks and relaxation; learn to recharge your batteries while traveling.

  • Take advantage of massages offered in Asia if that's your thing, by the pool, etc.

  • Take advantage of the gym if available in your hotel.

  • Take a pair of sneakers for running (I didn't have them around the world because it took up too much space, but I decided to fix it)

  • Remember to take your precautions with regard to local food

  • Take out travel insurance to alleviate your health problems while traveling.
