Ingredients for 4 servings
800 g Flour
600 g sugar
600 ml oil
12thEgg (s)
20 tbsp milk
48 g Matcha powder
4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
Working time approx. 15 minutes
Cooking / baking time approx. 30 minutes
Total time approx. 45 minutes
Mix the flour, baking powder, matcha powder and 100 g sugar in a bowl.
Separate the egg white and yolk from two eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff and pour in 50 g of sugar.
Beat the oil, yolks of the two eggs and the third egg until frothy, adding the milk. Add the flour, sugar and matcha mixture and stir. Fold in the whipped egg whites.
Put the dough in a greased baking tin and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 ° C top / bottom heat. I use a square (20 x 20 cm) shape.
